The best service I have ever experienced in the hospitality industry. Alan is a wonderful host very knowledgeable about the area and has a wide range of recommendations for all types of travellers. What I really enjoyed about my time here was 1) After arriving we received amazing tips from Alan about the children in the area playing tricks on visitors, and how much a normal taxi ride should cost. 2) Wonderful recommendations on places to eat, and things to do. Over the years Alan has collected pamphlets and cards from places other guests recommend as well as personal recommendations. 3) The breakfast was refreshing, and hand made every morning. 4) The attention to detail and cleanliness of the room was 🤯. Each day any clothes laying around were folded and tidy. I think they even washed some. Some things to note, Sometimes the kids outside were loud, not really the fault of the Riad but it could also be due to the timing of the visit. Same with the 4am prayers. The location is on the edge of the market, so plan your trip accordingly or use the tips from Alan and take a taxi to get to the other side of town. Wifi in the room is touchy This isn't very important to me but something I thought I should call out that can be improved Overall I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit.

Tucked away in an alley at the north end of the Medina, Riad Eloise is a cozy, beautiful place to stay for a few days. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The owner Alain (a kind Belgian man fluent in English) gave us lots of tips with navigating the medina and haggling for goods. The food was excellent - the beef tajine we had here was our favorite tajine throughout our vacation in Morocco. There is an option to take a cooking class with the chef, which we weren’t able to do for lack of time. The pool, gardening, and rooftop terrace are excellent as well. There is also a house cat named Lula who is curious and gentle and loves to sleep. Only con is it’s a tight space, but great for travelers on a budget who want a high value Riad experience!

We had a lovely stay at the traditional Riad Eloise. With only 9 rooms and down a hidden back street (as all the Riads seem to be in the Medina) we had a beautiful room with a comfortable four poster bed and a great Shower / ensuite. From the moment we arrived Alain (the Riad owner) sat us down with a map and gave us solid advice on finding what we needed. The Riad is located over 4 floors I think. Definitely not suitable for anyone with access difficulties, but if you are able the quirky steps all the way to the rooftop, offer you a great sunset view in the evenings. Alcohol is a question we kept asking google about when we were looking to stay somewhere. However, there was no problem with this at all at Riad Eloise. Alain had bottles of wine and beer and would provide them upon request 22 Euros for a bottle of wine and a small beer was about 4 Euros. There is a little pool on the ground floor of the Riad, but I think this is more of a feature rather than a pool to use. We could of used it, but didn't. The breakfast was delightful. Near enough the same thing every morning, with a slight variation on the types of bread and cakes. But basically, freshly squeezed juices, coffee, fresh yoghurt and fresh fruit, followed by breads and spreads. If we go back to Marrakech, we will definitely use Riad Eloise. Thank you Alain and your team for a great stay.

I hate you alain. Meena was the only normal one there.The website said that there was air conditioning available in all rooms yet my room didn't have any. we confronted alain and he told us to SHUT UP! legit the rudest guy i've ever met.The purple room was very damp and had a sewage smell to it and again we confronted alain but he ignored us.The staff smoked a lot and when they did, they didn't go outside to smoke. Meena was the only nice one

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
