We really enjoyed our stay at the riad. It’s very typical and doesn’t give a “touristy” vibe. Staff is friendly, breakfast is good. Everything is clean and well-decorated.

I had an unforgettable stay at Riad El Sagaya in Marrakesh! The riad's location, just a stone's throw away from Jamaa El Fna Square, was incredibly convenient for exploring the heart of the city. The hospitality of our host, Mubarak, truly elevated our experience. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. His warm welcome and willingness to assist with anything we needed made us feel right at home. Overall, Riad El Sagaya provided an excellent Moroccan experience. The combination of its prime location, Mubarak's exceptional hospitality, and the riad's charming ambiance made it a perfect choice for our Marrakesh adventure. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and delightful stay in the city.

The location was perfect if you want to see the old city of Marrakech. I liked the breakfast but missed cheese. It was a completely sweet breakfast, so you might want to bring your own spreads. The internet speed and shower water pressure/availability should be improved. The staff was friendly and also helped with airport transfer. I liked the breakfast/pool area in the middle. The ambience was cool.

Good enough if you are travelling cheaply. Online photos look better than in person. Swimming pool is very small. However, staff are very friendly and helpful. No TV, no fridge or mini bar. Only drawers available in our room so no closet for hanging clothes. Not sure if other rooms are the same. The location of this place is in the heart of the local community, away from the high end tourist hotels. Easy enough to walk to the main town square and the souks.

Hotel staffs weren’t that nice and entire Riad seemed old and unclean. Noise can’t be easily leaked at night so melatonin is a must for sleeping

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
