Absolutely one of my favorite hotel stays! The riad was tranquil and beautiful, the rooms were comfy and well decorated, the cookies and meals were scrumptious, and the entire staff was gracious and welcoming! Moed was particularly helpful with all of our many requests including recommending wonderful restaurants, and making sure we were well-stocked on tea and cookies (as well as our other meals and fire place needs!) He and Youssef even helped us when we were out shopping and needed our passport info for tax forms! We each managed to get sick on successive days (we all got colds!) and Youssef, Moed, and the team took incredible care of us, making sure we had tea, hot water, and food (including a steady stream of fresh tangerines!)! Will absolutely stay again - I also loved that the Riad is about a 15-20 minute walk to the big square through all the souks!

Amaizing stay. Very stylish Riad in the Madina. Newly refurnished. Excellent host. Room is big. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious! We loved our stay here.. it’s quiete and peaceful. The manager was great and so helpful. Suggested great restaurants and very caring. I would definitely suggest this place. Everything was excellent.

This was really a great place. We arrived after a tiring nightflight and the host prepared a very nice breakfast. The people are most friendly, the rooms are tastefully furnished and the riad is an oase in the middle of the busy city. Dinner was beautiful. I recommend this place very much

The best best best Riad, feel like home, super positive energy and good vibe. The staff all amazing they are so polite so professional !! Especially Omar and Abdo, they are super super super helpful, literally helped a lot of things in Marrakesh, every time we come back from outside, if we asked mint tea, they will make for us. The environment here is amazing clean and nice, super pretty view everywhere!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
