Very cute Riad and good service. The breakfast is very nice and cheap. Good location to both the Medina and other sightseeing/ shopping in Marrakesh. Highly recommended to stay here!

Just come back yesterday after spending 5 nights with my family and two children's. Location is terrible even taxi drivers have no ideas where it is also no car goes there , you have to walk so imagine with luggage and kids, No hot shower they have some issues with this i complaint but they did not bothered so had cold shower / sink is even worse/ toilet set broken. no tea coffee facilities unless you take breakfast and if you need hot drink it is about 15 min walk . Hamam is at extra charge but when i booked it was included so did not use it. I would say do not go with kids stay closer to main town. Not recommended. i taken pictures and videos but not posting. they can improve everything but it is not in a safe location for tourist.

Really lovely Riad in the Medina. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are basic but spacious and clean. Shower gel and hand soap are provided so if like us we had limits on liquids that you can take on a plane, you don't need those! The Riad is in a mainly residential part of the Medina so is quite at night but only a 15 mins walk from the souks and 25 to the main square.

Very nice looking riad with welcoming staff. We took a family sized room and it was a good size for two adults and two children. The beds are comfortable probably the best we have tried in Morocco as well as the pillows. The shower was good with for good water pressure. Toilet was clean as was the room. Breakfast is good and we were given nice wholesome bread and riaef/pancake as well as good strong coffee and fresh orange. We organized a taxi to the airport through the hotel and they were punctual and transport was a new clean MPV. Driver was courteous and helped with luggage.

Would thoroughly recommend Riad Errabii. We received a very warm welcome and the hospitality offered throughout our stay was always excellent, with the staff always giving a cheery greeting and keen to offer help, advice and local knowledge (and large quantities of Moroccan tea and coffee!). Our room was basic but comfortable and very good value. There is free WiFi available. The food was excellent - we had dinner twice at the riad and were served huge amounts of great Moroccan food over 3 courses for just 15 euros. The building itself is small with only a handful of rooms, all looking out on the beautiful central courtyard where we ate, which remained covered during our stay in early March. There is a roof terrace with a few sun loungers and a great view over the rooftops. Riad Errabii is located in a mostly residential area inside the old town part of Marrakech (inside the walls of the Medina), which helped us feel like we were getting the proper Marrakech experience! After visiting the modern part of town we were glad to be where we were. It's a few minutes walk from the souks and about 15 minutes walk to the Jemaa el-Fna.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
