Our stay at Riad et Spa Misria Les Orangers was a delightful experience from beginning to end. The cleanliness of our room was the first thing we noticed, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for our family. The riad offers fantastic services like the hammam and massage, which were perfect for unwinding and enjoying some peaceful moments. The staff, particularly Amin, were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, making our stay even more pleasant. Breakfast was a daily treat, with a variety of delicious options in a relaxed and beautifully designed setting. We really appreciated the quiet and inviting atmosphere of the riad. Organizing short trips was made effortless thanks to the staff, who chose excellent guides for us, ensuring our adventures were both safe and enjoyful. Our time at Riad et Spa Misria Les Orangers was a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable experience for our family, and it's an experience we would like to repeat in the future.

The good: Please read the full review. We stayed for 4 nights. Clean!! Staff at your service anytime, especially Amin and Yassin. They got our train tickets, organized our laundry, and helped us in every way possible. Daily housekeeping. Decent breakfast, but room for improvement. The not so good: The room we were given on the first day on the rooftop was small with a dingy bathroom that had a permanent bad smell. My husband had difficulty walking. So they gave us a room on the first floor which was a really nice room with clean bathroom. .

Myself and my partner we stayed here for one week and everything about it was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay because the staff were so helpful and kind, the pools were amazing, and overall the atmosphere was enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning is nice and they are happy to accommodate your needs. We recommend this Riad to anyone who wants and pleasant but safe experience in the heart of the Medina

My experience started somewhat stressful but my stay was wonderful. I was put into a room that was very stuffy and no air I couldn’t breath. Couldn’t open windows as there was no privacy. I think that may have been the bad room in the hotel. Asked for a change of room and got a much better room for a night but had to check out of that one because it was already booked. The final room was perfect. Good shower, good beds in all the rooms I stayed. Have AC. Lots of stairs to climb so make sure your luggage is light. Breakfast is simple, I was satisfied with my egg and glass of orange juice. Good cafes are all around so you can pick up your coffee around the corner. Location is great if you like to be in the middle of Medina and in the souks. Staff was helpful especially one young man whose name I regrettably forgot to ask. Quiet and understanding. Thank you again for your help.

Nice riad and very welcoming staff. But the owner is a despising person who invites his friends to party until 4am. As a result, we were able to barely sleep 2 hours all night. Our kind requests to tune down the music were met with insults and threats.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
