This is a beautiful Riad in a perfect location. Gorgeous interior design comfortable beds and immaculate. Breakfast was delicious and the staff can’t do enough for you. We will be back. I highly recommend Riad Flam & Spa

Nice and very helpful hotel staff. Beautiful view for all town from the taracce. Places for rest are also available for tourists. Nice location in the downtown. The swimming pool is very tiny, but it looks good on the pictures ;) Breakfasts are ok. Coffee/tea/juice are also served. Most of the things are sweet, but you can easily ask for eggs/omelette if you prefer. You can also book a massage/ hammam.

I cannot say enough great things about Riad Flam. I have stayed there on 3 separate occasions now, and for good reason! The Riad itself is stunning, with authentic Moroccan decor and a beautiful terrace. The breakfast (and any other meals ordered) are absolutely delicious. The location is perfect; near by the main areas, but off the beaten path so you are also able to rest & relax. But the staff?! They are all incredibly kind & will go out of their way to help you with anything you should ask for. Special thank you to Lahoucine who always makes our stays at Flam so wonderful. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Loved this hotel and the people who work here. They truly care about your experience and made it feel so welcoming. Also with my travels in Morocco, one of the few places with excellent wi-fi.

Very beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Very unique styled riad I must say. They provide very delicious and tasty breakfast. Staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
