Beautiful place completely Moroccan style, the women’s who works there are really kind! The only bad thing is the location which is really complicated to find but other than that I fully recommend! I felt like home there! Also they don’t accept any payment by card or bank transfer so be sure to have cash

Very well located Riad, right next to the market and the main square. The girls who run the place are very friendly and lovely and even though with some of them we couldn’t communicate perfectly (due to the language barrier) it was never and issue because they were always willing to help us, and they were sweet and caring. The size of the rooms is a bit small but the space is used well and it is all you need, and everything in the Riad is very well taken care of, it has so many beautiful decoration details. Breakfast is great and the dinner that we had there one night was also great. The common areas (terrace and ground floor) are a bit small but they have used the spaces very well. 100% recommended if you come to Marrakech.

We booked a suite and when we arrived we were told the suite was not availvilabe. Additionally the available rooms were not ready and were cleaned by the staff as we were sitting down. The hospitality was good however the rooms are small and the bathrooms are old and barely on working conditions. On the other hand the the owners appear to do their best to accommodate you. The place is inside a city which you walk through various walkways to get to. We were told it was safe even if you are walking at night.

What an amazing Riad! The women here are all wonderful, welcoming, friendly, and happy! I felt right at home with them. The whole place was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Very attentive to any needs I might have, and even helped offer to navigate the streets in the area. The food was delicious, served hot and fresh! And plenty of it! I highly recommend this Riad for a stay! You will not be disappointed!

Nice room, good bed and new AC. Service is great, very friendly and nice breakfast and dinner (a bit more expensive than elsewhere, but convenient to have at the hotel). It's located in the Medina and therefore the way few meters off the main road to the hotel are not very nice, but we'll reachable by foot at all times of day.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
