The workers go above and beyond to please you. They have a good breakfast and a refreshing pool. It is also a little far from the vehicle accessible entrance. It can accommodate a lot of people comfortably. Equivalent of a very good holiday inn. We had a good stay.

What a wonderful place to stay at. The hospitality was amazing, nothing is too much trouble all the staff go above and beyond with a smile on their face at all times. Located in the streets of Medina and close to most tourist hot spots. The pool was our personal favourite feature with the breakfast at the terrace coming a close second. We can’t thank the staff enough for their warm and welcoming personalities, even offered to allow us to use the pool and separate shower facilities after check out. Would highly recommend especially if it’s your first time in Marrakech.

Great location and in walking distance to most places around the city. Located near by one of kings palaces, and the old Medina. Beautiful and picturesque in whatever direction you look inside this small but well positioned hideaway. You will enjoy your stay here, for sure. The hospitality is second to none, and the staff will go out of their way to ensure you are happy. Enjoy Beautiful Marrakech by day or by night and have a clean & safe place to rest and recover for the next day.

The staff couldn't be more hospitable! The rooms are really beautiful. In order to get to the hotel you need to walk through a few small streets which could be seen as a disadvantage but personally I liked it a lot because you get a good feel of how people live and you always see something interesting. The people who live around are friendly and always say hi. Also, the breakfast is just amazing 🤩. The wifi is kinda bad, maybe it's for the better. Overall, we've been treated amazingly by Riad Goloboy!

Nice, traditional small hotel in the Medina (South west). The hotel is only accessible by foot, not by car. It is a 6 min walk to the next street. My room was tiny but still OK for a 3* Hotel. The TV was not working at all. WLAN was quite good. The indoor pool, as well as the rooftop terrace, are awesome. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK but only sweet. The price for the accommodation was OK.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
