The place is great. I liked my room. Well presented. People there are 10 . The 2 ladies there do extra things for your holiday goes well. Very kind. Honda and sister are amazing. The hotel is close to so many famous places. I love rhis place and I will be back soon.

Beautiful place called Todos where I spent 2 nights a couple of weeks ago. Uneasy to find as it's located in a small hidden street at the heart of the old city (medina). DO NOT expect any service whatsoever. So make sure you have towels and basic things in the room before letting go whoever welcomes you at your arrival. Payment by card was not accepted at the last minute. Also, be aware that there is an additional city tax in Marrakech on top of the total amount you have paid online. I believe it's 2,5% of the room's rate. There could be a separate cleaning fee. I've witnessed many tourists arguing about both upon their arrival. Otherwise, the rooms are nice and you're in a typical ryad with open sky and a terrace on top floor. Very convenient location to go to the Women's Museum (Le Musée de la femme), the Medersa Benyoussef (not to be missed) and many upscale local boutiques.

We spent seven nights here and were very happy with it. Room was small but bed large and comfortable. Our room was cleaned daily with clean towels provided every day and bed linen changed once during our stay. This Riad is perfectly situated to explore the Medina being ten minutes walk through the souk to the main square. Easy access to museums gardens and shops. Breakfast was basic but enjoyable. The two gentlemen who manage the Riad speak several languages and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. All the staff we met were polite and friendly. A basic Riad but priced accordingly it's not luxury but is clean comfortable and friendly.

It was great staying in Hannah Riad. Customer service is good. Well qualify staff which speaking several languages to accommodate all customers. Breakfast was very nice made by member of staff early in the morning as I was leaving to my excursion. The room was on the top of the roof which I like very much. Had all what I really need for my staying. I strongly advise any one to stay in There. Do not take any noticed of the review . It is near the town , easy to get out and about. All very friendly to accommodate to have a good stay.

I’m giving 1 star because can’t give 0. The staff was very rude. Rooms are not as good as they show on website. The worst thing someone stole 50€ from our wallet which was in the room while we were outside. Not recommended, there is no amenities in the room (you have to pay the get them). Very bad experience. When we told about the robbery they didn’t believe us!. The worst Riad!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
