We stayed in this Riad for a long weekend. The location is amazing, quiet but still close to the markets. The room was perfect and the breakfast kept us full for a long time. Everyone took great care of us, can only recommend!

What we like: The beds was quite comfy. The lobby was beautiful. What we don’t like: 1, Tricky, look out with your final payment. Manager would over charge you on purpose. He did that to us. 2, Very pushy to ask giving 5 star review. If giving any negative, they would chase you back and ask you to delete it. The manager even suggested paying us to delete. 3, The sofa as a spare bed is very tiny and very hard, won’t be possible to sleep on. There is no wardrobe, drawer, table, and chair, TV is broken, room is only for a bed to sleep over night. Bathroom is very uncomfortable. 4, outside the room window directly is the dining area( lobby), breakfast starts at 7am. A lot of noise from dishes banging. So we had to be forced to wake up at 7 every day. 5, Very long walk to any traffic. drop off and pick up point is very far away. The place is very hard to find. We got lost a few times. Even the last day, I walked 2 hours to find the hotel. Be very careful if Mobil has no data. 6, Breakfast is really dull , won’t be able to try second time. Over all, bad experience. One night stay is bearable, definitely not 2 night.

To start off if I could give this place 6 stars I would. We stayed here this Christmas 2022, and it was simply wonderful. It may not look like much from the outside but as soon as you step in you are greeted by amazingly attentive front of house guys who were simply incredible! The dining room beside the crystal blue pool is stunning, with the food served there being phenomenal! We stayed in the Bab Aylah room and it was 10/10 for cleanliness and simply beautiful. Lovely hot shower which is always a plus. The roof has a lovely seating area and 5 sunbeds which are great for an afternoon of sunbathing! The front of house guys are more than happy to bring up wine to the roof too! All in all, a fabulous hidden gem I wish I could rate it higher!.

For a group of friends traveling from the USA, UK, Hong Kong & Nigeria, we were extra mindful of our comfort, general safety and proximity to the Souk, while researching places to stay in Marrakech. Our concerns were sooo unnecessary! The Riad Hart Essoura is centrally located in the splendid Old Medina, walking distance to the Souk. Our host, Ouady, was amazing, keeping in touch with us weeks before our arrival to make sure we booked taxis for pick up & drop off at the airport, sightseeing tours, etc., ahead of time as it was the busy season. He was always attentive and catered to our every need, including arranging transportation to anywhere we wanted to go, while also making very helpful suggestions re: restaurants, nightlife, sightseeing, Hammam & massages. Shout out to Mohammed who escorted us to and from our pre-arranged taxis every time we went out. The Riad’s uniquely designed and decorated rooms are beautiful and so clean - the staff were on point every single day. The meals at the Riad were sooo delicious - authentic Moroccan cuisine plus some continental options for breakfast. We actually decided to have dinner at the Riad on our last night in Marrakech because the food was just that good! We highly recommend Riad Hart Essoura and we’re really looking forward to staying there on our next visit to Marrakech. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came to Marrakech as three girls but for part of the stay we were in different Riads. My friend was in this one while we were in another. Despite not being in this Riad, the host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful to all of us. When we were late finding somewhere to eat he was willing to make dinner for us despite it being late and the fact that we were not staying at the Riad. He upgraded our friend to the luxury room at no extra charge simply because it was available and was generous with his time and helping us to figure out the best way to achieve our holiday plans. The location of the Riad and quality of the rooms is excellent (a beautiful and peaceful corner to a very busy city) and coupled with the host’s generosity and kindness, I would recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
