My boyfriend and I spent 3 nights at Riad Hizad and absolutely loved it - the room was absolutely gorgeous, as was the whole Riad, including its rooftop terrace, patio, and living room. The owner was amazing and really accommodating, the location perfect for sightseeing. Would go back for sure!! ❤️💃

Highly recommended. Comfortable, quiet, perfect location, exceptional service. Good beds and bathrooms. Strong WiFi. Amazing shower. Sana went above and beyond taking care of us. They were very generous with the breakfast. 6 rooms. They are all very different and unique. I tested a few of them. I recommend hiring the driver who will pick you up at the airport. The Riad team can organize the pick up for you. Very easy. Very safe villa. Perfect for couples and solo female travelers. This is a luxury Riad and one of the best you can find in Marrakesh. Hence, worth paying a little more than average. You can exchange a few euros (eg 50 euros) at the airport before heading to the Riad. Thank you, Isabelle, for an amazing and unforgettable stay at your Riad.

A lovely and calm oasis in the middle of the Medina. Sana was gracious and welcoming. Our room spotless. The pool relaxing if a bit cool in May. Highlights: that we didn’t get kicked out when our children were loud (apologies fellow guests); the hospitality, including available sunscreen (see picture) and booking a taxi to the airport and walking us to its location. All in all, a brilliant experience.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Hizad during our visit to Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles. The exceptional hospitality and outstanding service we received from the staff made our stay truly memorable. First and foremost, we would like to express my gratitude to Sana, Saeed, and Khadijeh, who went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met throughout our stay. Their friendliness and helpfulness were unmatched, and they consistently exceeded our expectations. Whether it was providing local recommendations, arranging transportation, or addressing any concerns, they were always ready to assist with a genuine smile, making us feel like welcomed guests. The Riad itself was exquisite in every aspect. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of traditional and modern amenities. The attention to detail in the room decor and cleanliness was commendable. The staff were attentive and always ready to accommodate special requests. The team, led by Sana truly made us feel at home. Very nice riad stylish and well decorated. The terrace and the small swimming pool a plus. The rooms have plenty of space with very spacious bathrooms. The service is very good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
