Amazing experience ! I really appreciated my stay at Riad Idra. First, the availability of the owner ! We came to Marrakesh during the earthquake, and Karine was very available by email before the stay ! Then, my experience during the stay was amazing. The Riad is decorated with a lot of taste, with a lot of little attentions, and really nice smell and body products ! The Babouches given in the rooms instead of the traditional white hotel flip flops are a great addition ! Little note : the hotel do not accept Apple Pay. Be prepared and have a physical credit card ! In summery : wonderful stay !

Absolutely amazing Riad: from the facility. Quality of service, attention to all details and location: definitely a 5-star hotel and experience. The room offers upper end amenities, facility offers many different lounging areas and service is impeccable. The staff assisted with last minute lunch, laundry services, airport pickup, taxi services, massage and tutorial of navigating the souks. This Riad is about 1/2 block from souk shopping.

Great riad with amazing service. Do make sure to check with the manager Karine for places to visit and eat. She had super tips for us that were better than what I researched online. We booked a suite that was spacious and classy, food was good as well. Overall, a great place to stay if you are looking for a Riad experience in the middle of Marrakech (which I would 100% prefer over a big hotel).

I've thought a lot about what I wanted to say in this review. The truth is, there's no words to perfectly capture everything. From before we even landed to our departure, everything was fantastic. Karine, the hotel manager, communicated with us very well. She helped me set up hammam appointments (highly recommend). She took my request for doing something for our first year wedding anniversary and had the staff decorate our bed with rose petals. They went the extra mile and wrote "happy anniversary" in rose stems! She also coordinated for us to have a meal upon arrival because we'd be getting in so late. Our first night getting there, we were greeted by a Rida Idra staff member, even though it was 10pm. Everyone was so friendly and it was fantastic to have airport pickup. When we got into the hotel, the men helped us with our bags and brought us tea and cookies. We were completely enchanted by the service and space. We got a map and an overview of the area. They brought us our food to our room and it was really tasty! We chose mixed vegetables and it came with bread. They also provided bottles of water in the room throughout the stay which was great. Breakfast served by Omar was amazing. The roof top view and sweet service was so appreciated. Any time we had questions or wanted tea, the staff were right there. Each member knew what we were up to that day and asked us about it. The service is seriously unmatched. We felt like absolute royalty. I don't know what I can say to convince you this is the best place to stay, but just trust this. We walked past many other riads but this seemed to be nicest due to the tucked away location, making us feel safe and private, but so close to the souks and restaurants. We also had a meal at the riad which was fantastic. We got a traditional hammam and it was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I felt so comfortable and cleansed, even though I've never done anything remotely like a body scrub almost completely naked and with my husband there too. He also loved it!! We cannot say enough good things about Riad Idra and we'd be honored to stay there again!!

A majestic Riad at the Medina part of Marrakech. One of the most stunning and magical boutique hotels I have visited. The rooms are stunning and the overall design is remarkable. Karine the manager is very kind and caring. The staff are always happy to help and answer every question. I traveled by myself and they made sure I will feel safe at all times. Words cannot describe the incredible hospitality experience I had. I highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
