Super nice staff, all very helpful and loving, always with a smile. The owner is very kind and has amazing stories to tell, namely at dinner time. Also,great location at the center of the Medina, but the Riad is very calm and cosy, combining the old and the new. A great experience.

Had a great stay at this riad for 1 week during my first trip to Morocco. Everything was equally as peaceful and stunning during the day as it was late at night. All of the staff was super sweet and friendly. Even the other guests. Traveled alone with my mother and felt super safe in the neighbourhood at all times. Would definitely recommend this riad

we had the room at the top floor and was thrilled to be up there!!!! The whole gang of people here were extremely professional and overly helpful!!! we could not have asked for a better more accommodating place to stay!! We did not eat the dinner meal but heard it was delicious. The cooks housekeepers and wait staff went out of their way to make up comfy and happy at whatever hour we needed it. We would definitely try and stay here again. Peter is an amazing owner and host and speaks 7 languages!!!! Amazing

Our stay was amazing. They brought breakfast to our room every morning. We could get coffee and tea 24 hours a day. They did everything they could to make us comfortable and feel welcome. Always friendly and personable. Lots of wonderful places to sit in the shade or sun. Very quiet at night and lively in the day. Much better to stay here if you want a real Moroccan experience. It was something I will never forget.

We had the most wonderful stay with Peter in his fairytale riad. It’s an oasis in the city. The host is so kind and caring. Going above and beyond to care for his guests together with his staff. He is eloquent and has impeccable taste. The riad is filled with the most beautiful Moroccan pieces and art. Every corner had some love. It was an unforgettable experience which we will treasure forever. And we will be back for sure. To live the Moroccan dream once more. Love, Aloysia and Nick

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
