We stayed at the Riad Ines Home and enjoyed it very much. The staff were very accommodating and understanding for our needs. Location is great and is less than 15 minutes of walking distance from the main attractions and town centre. Room was very tidy and comfortable.

Our stay in Marrakech was made exceptional by the charming Riad we chose. Right from our warm welcome by Jawad at the taxi stop, we felt at home. Nestled in the heart of the Medina, the location was perfect for exploring the city. Mornings were greeted with delightful fresh breakfasts, and the staff's constant smiles and kindness made every moment special. Working remotely was seamless thanks to the reliable Wi-Fi. This Riad is not just a place to stay; it's a haven of hospitality and comfort. We wholeheartedly recommend it and can't wait to return on our next visit to Marrakech.

The location is great for walking around the Medina and the staff is amazingly helpful and hospital! If you are coming late at night you might want to ask the hotel to meet you at the closest entrance as taxis cannot go inside the Medina and the hotel is a few turns away in small alleys. The room was not as great as the picture in the pictures but there was a heater and it was clean!

The Staff is very kind. Ahmed is a very friendly person. He did the best he could. The place is not as in the pictures. Its a bit worn down and the room we booked was not the size it advertised. Breakfast was simple: three types of bread, 2 types of jam, boiled egg, butter, apple & oranges, coffee and tea. The pool is not useable and dead bugs/dust float on its surface. The bed cover was ripped and under the sheet there were two seperate mattresses, which made it quite uncomfortable for us as a couple. Its overpriced. And Airport taxi service of 22 Euros is definitely overpriced. Had to wait on the road for 20-30 minutes for someone to let us in at 2am on check in.

The place is not as it appears in the photos. Don’t try the hammam as the table had dead skin on it and the room was not steamy or hot. It wasn’t appropriate hammam. Very disappointed. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The guy who works there, Moneer, was so kind and hospitable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
