I come often to marrakesh and I always stay in riads and this time I tried riad ivissa, I really enjoyed the stay; clean comfortable cozy rooms and rooftop, the riad team are so nice, helpful and friendly, the breakfast was varied and got more amazing with having it next to the little swimming pool. For all of that I’m impressed because of the reasonable price. No doubt im going back to this riad and I do recommend it.

Room with one double bed is Just 2 beds merged together. Breakfast is pretty poor and there is no fresh orange juice. Generally Riad is clean and nice. There is also wrong pin on google maps so it is hard to find.

It's a lovely little riad not far from most of the main sights in Marrakech. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. They were great when we extended our stay and helped us out with booking some tours. We didn't think to haggle with them, as we trusted they would give us a good price, but we found most others had paid less than we did. The pool is just a plunge pool, probably nice in summer, but we didn't use it at all. Be aware that the rooms are not soundproof at all, and the riad style means you can hear every noise from the other guests while they're in the courtyard, can make having a lazy morning difficult while others have breakfast.

We had a very great stay and this riad! It’s situated right in the center :) Ibrahim and Noro were super friendly and helpful!! The breakfast was also good! Recommend!

Very bad riad. Good location and the staff were welcoming at the first but the room's ac didn't work and they refused to change the room or even to fix it immediately they tried in vain to use the remote control to fix it more than once and unfortunately i am an engineer sepcialized in acs so i knew that they were all liars.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
