We came to Marrakesh from Istanbul, Türkiye and chose this place. A very peaceful, very cute and very clean and hygienic Riad House. Definitely. Also, Mr. Brahim and all the other people were very friendly and caring. I would recommend it to everyone. A very high quality accommodation, especially in terms of cleanliness. It was a place we remember, thank you very much for everything. 🙌🏻🙏

Beautiful accommodation and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice however I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order lunch or dinner from this riad. I’ve ordered chicken tagine looked really nice and smelt nice but was really cold and not cooked inside basically raw chicken.

An extremely polluted place . Terribly located in a by lane which is not accessible by cars . You want to head out for a dinner , forget even wearing heels as u would be caught up with uneven roads and a 6mins walks from the accommodation

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Janate, a luxury riad in the heart of Marrakech Medina. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Brahim who was so kind and welcoming, Mr Abdo and Mr Hitcham who were very helpful and knowledgeable. We really liked the cooking class they made for us, where we learned how to make delicious Moroccan dishes. They took us to buy the ingredients from local markets and then taught us to cook the dishes on the beautiful rooftop terrace. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the pool and the terrace. The hammam and spa were relaxing and rejuvenating. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a variety of options. We highly recommend Riad Janate for anyone looking for a charming and authentic experience in Marrakech. We can't wait to return!

Words wouldn’t be enough to rate this experience. Brahim and Abdo were the kindest, most caring staff there is. The place was magical, at a great location. It was like staying at our family home.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
