Riad Jonan was a great choice. Great location (close to everything), lovely and warm welcoming. Our room was beautiful, always clean and very cozy. They provide delicious breakfast on their beautiful terrace. All the staff was always amazing, great service, helpful, knowledgeable. Kudos to Abdul and the ladies. Merci!!!

During my recent trip to Marrakech, I had the pleasure of staying at Riad Jonan for two nights. This exquisite Riad truly surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the hospitable and warm-hearted staff who made me feel right at home. The interior of the Riad was nothing short of spectacular, with stunning traditional Moroccan designs and intricate decor that exuded elegance. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast served each morning. The meals were not only delicious but also beautifully presented, offering a delightful and immersive taste of Moroccan cuisine. My experience at Riad Jonan was truly unforgettable, leaving me yearning to return and indulge in its breathtaking charm once again.

Look no further, you have found your ideal Riad for a fantastic stay in Marrakech. Riad Jonan is fully renovated in 2023 in a beautiful and calming style. The area is definately safe and there are many great places where you can have a good meal within a 5 minutes walk. Jemaa el Fna can be reached within an easy 10 minutes walk. I simply can not decide what I liked best: The beautiful interior of the Riad and the rooms, the perfect and safe location, the comfortable bed in which I slept very well each night, the fabulous shower... The little swimming pool is perfect to cool off in on a hot afternoon. And the rooftop is definately one of a kind. A wonderful new SPA is under the same roof and is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. The hamam treatment was the very best and I also enjoyed a relaxing tuina oil massage. But the very best thing is the staff. If I could give a 6 star rating, it would definately be for the staff. I stayed here 8 nights and felt at home and welcome from the very first second till the very last. Abdo, Anass, Moustapha, Aïcha and Nahiba are all amazing. Always welcoming and friendly, always interested in how your day was or what your plans are. Always willing to help with whatever question you have. They helped with airport transportation and excursions and had a lot of good suggestions what to visit in Marrakech. They are of great, great value to this Riad. Anass, Abdo, Moustapha, Aïcha and Nahiba thank you very, very much for everything!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
