We were welcomed here on the evening after flight from Manchester with a traditional Moroccan meal. Delicious. Stayed here for a long weekend. Incredible place. Very quiet, super friendly owner and staff, stone throw away from the famous square and in the middle of the souks. Would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful stay at beautiful Riad Joya right in the middle of Marrakech Medina. A really elegant, tranquil spot away from the chaos of the medina just outside. Nourdin is a fantastic host and made us feel like we were in our own home.

It's okay, but not the "wow" presentation of their website. We stayed on the main floor and not much light so the room was dark most of the time. The lighting is perfect for ambient but not for tasks. The rope furniture might as well been a brick of concrete, no padding in the cushions or backrest, so it meant I had to use my laptop sitting up in bed. Speaking of which, they could be more comfortable. BTW - no TV's if you're looking for international news etc. Food was typical Moroccan breakfast - 3-6 types of bread, jams, honey & cheese. After 14 days in Morocco - no more Tajines ! We weren't fans of the location either. A Hidden archway takes you down through a maze of narrow alleys ( the 1st night wasn't lit) which didn't feel safe for us, let a lone single people male or female. I think there are nicer brighter and more comfortable places to try.

I stayed here for my honeymoon and had an incredible stay. From the moment we arrived and picked up at the airport to the day we left everything was outstanding. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the food is so good! The breakfast each morning was delicious and we even decided to have dinner one evening at the Riad and that was on a different level of incredible. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would highly recommend this place when in Marrakech and looking for an overall enjoyable stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
