We had the perfect stay here for our anniversary trip. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square, near some really nice restaurants and easy to get to via taxi or walking. The service was perfect, we’d heard good things about Moroccan hospitality and it didn’t disappoint. Very attentive without being overbearing - they made sure we had a pleasant stay. We booked a superior double and it was a lovely size and the maids made some very nice touches each day. Breakfast was really nice each day - you can eat where you want - we particularly enjoyed eating on the pergola in the morning sun. We also ate dinner there one night which was very nice and our own private dining experience. All in all a fantastic stay and amazing value for how much we paid, we will be recommending to friends and family

If you are looking for unique,exotic, elegant, charming and affordable..this is the place! The restored hotel is centrally located within walking distance to many places. Great service and very friendly and helpful staff. A repeat experience! The hotel manager Yolanda is superior in giving attention to detail and providing excellent service

The Riad was magical, tastefully decorated and wonderfully clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was also great. Top three thing (according to my daughter): swimming pool, breakfasts and comfy beds.

We recently stayed at Riad Kaiss by Anika & we absolutely loved it! The service was excellent! The staff was very friendly & attentive. Located in a good area with lots to do. Our room was clean & spacious. The food was delicious. We also enjoyed the wonderful hammam. I highly recommend this Riad!

This place is amazing and Moroccan hospitality at its finest. There was never a frown and I was always asked what they could do for me. I ended up spending a few hours in the courtyard every day to decompress, even with all the Medina action be right out side.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
