        Riad Kech soul & spa is an amazing place and our favorite spot to book when we go to Marrakech! Hanane and her team are very professional and welcoming with a great sense of customer service. The riad is well located, not far from Jemaa el-Fnaa. We highly recommend this riad for anyone who want to visit Marrakech, you will not be disappointed.

        Well, where do I begin. First of all, the day we arrived we were supposed to have a free pickup from the airport but the driver showed up late and we repeatedly tried to communicate to find him. After a whole hour of waiting, we arrived outside the Riad, in the midday with 30 degrees outside, we were ringing the bell and no one was answering. After some time, and desperate attempts to reach them through WhatsApp and Booking chat, they opened the door. Welcoming was ok, they tried to calm us down and helped us to our rooms. Rooms were small with not enough space, but they were clean. Although the walls were so thin, I could hear everything from the other rooms, even the smallest talk. Our bathroom had a window next to the toilet, that every time someone was sitting in the toilet, our figures could be seen from outside. And of course can be heard. Privacy was never a thing! Anyway, after arriving they offered to give us information about Marrakech and they also offered us a taxi (that we would pay in the riad) that said from the riad to the Medina during the day would cost 150dirham. The first day we took the taxi, but asked around and the prices where we were going began from 30 dirham!!! Of course we never took a taxi again from them! Also, they tried to promote us a guide to pay and guide us through Marrakech, which is unnecessary in my opinion because everything is on Google. But I’d like to mention it just in case anyone else gets scammed. Next thing we found out that was bad was breakfast. It was so poor, we kept on asking for more and we felt really bad for it. It only contained sweets, and it was a problem because I am a diabetic person and there was nothing I could eat. Also, breakfast was served in the rooftop, which was always full of bees than annoyed us the whole time. Another thing that disappointed us was the “pool”. We thought the riad had a pool so we could relax, but this thing was not even a pond. It was 0,50 meters deep but the water was about 0,25. A home aquarium would be bigger than that! Most of hotel rooms I have visited have their own mini fridge, but in this Riad that would be a luxury. It was okay for us, but we visited Marrakech in a hot period, so we needed cold water. So we ordered bottles of water, and guess what, they overpriced them. We payed 22dirhams for each bottle and we stayed 11 days!!! And of course no one informed us about the price or at least made a discount. In fact, by the time we were leaving the Riad, they made us pay for the taxes of all of these separately. We tried to give them a chance, because the staff was kind and helpful, so we booked 3 massage sessions. Our sessions were okay, but our friend’s session was paid for 50 minutes and only lasted 30 minutes. Of course they asked to be paid in full! Another really annoying thing was that the cleaning ladies always unplugged our charging devices and we hardly could get them fully charged. When we tried to ask them politely not to do that, they couldn’t understand because they didn’t speak English. And every time they cleaned our room our stuff were misplaced. We stayed for 11 days that might never forget for all the bad reasons. Unfortunately this is our experience from Morocco, that after all that we’ve been through, we now call it Scamrocco. After all, we were scammed!

        Awful, dont trust the photos! Truly awful place with damp in the rooms that will make you ill for sure. Bedroom had no windows or ventilation, hotel told us there was two rooms available we turned within 30 mins after speaking to the hotel and making the reservation, there were not two rooms available and they decided to keep our money. In my view that's almost criminal. Place is a health hazard, unscrupulous owners. If you want a place that is outdated, badly run and a health hazard to stay in this is the place for you. You have been warned.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
