Great little riad in the medina. The place is really small which makes it charming but also a little hard to feel your privacy.

My husband and I booked a room here and 5 days later they emailed us stating there was a technical error with their website. They informed us that the price we booked was incorrect and our room would cost more than what was listed on their website. They then said that we had to confirm the new cost or the room would be cancelled. My advice to anyone reserving a room on their website is to be aware that the price may be misleading. Riad Kenzo does not seem to be professional or concerned with customer satisfaction. If the price you have listed on your website is not correct, you should still offer that price as it is your error. We found another Riad for our stay in Marrakech. After being mislead and disappointed with our booking, we feel that this establishment is not trustworthy. My advice to Riad Kenzo is to make sure your prices listed are correct. Thankfully it was a free cancellation.

The hotel is definitely nice for the price we paid. What made our stay special were the staff of Riad Kenzo. They were very accommodating, caring and they always give our request. If there is a problem in the room, they make sure they will attend to it. Food are very tasty, and it's incomparable to the food in the restaurants, the cook was very lovely. The hammam and spa was also excellent, I had so much fun with the Lady doing the hammam, thank you fatima for organising, sorry I wasn't able to bid good bye when we left. Thank you Hassan and Ayoub for being so hardworking. We were being taken cared of throughout our stay. Thanks for serving our breakfast early in the morning Ayoub especially when we have activities booked, we really appreciate it you waking up very early.. Also, thanks so much Hassan for checking up making sure we get breakfast even when you were busy 😊 It was very hard to leave the Morocco because of you guys! Thank you so much for making our stay soooo memorable. ❤

Taxis cannot get near as narrow streets. So we were told the direction to walk. No signs. Perhaps they could put one about the archway to the alleyway. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily. Alcohol is available 3€ small beer, 15€ bottle of wine. Breakfast was nicely prepared. Good location for shops and main square about 10 minute walk. Staff (fatima and Iyube) were informative and helpful so were tipped staff. Stairs to roof terrace not suitable for elderly as no handrail at points and narrow/tiled steps.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
