The staff were very friendly, personable, and helpful. The breakfast was good and there was enough variation everyday. The riad is location in a nice and quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the square and Medina. However, I arranged an airport pickup and a driver was never sent and the beds were a bit hard.

Very nice traditional hotel and room. Very cozy and comfortable. Hussein was a really nice and welcoming host. The location is good as it is far enough from the busy squares but still close enough to walk. Good eating options nearby.

What an incredible stay at a wonderful riad that is conveniently centered in the city. The kind people who took such good care of us during our stay were so welcoming and thoughtful. The breakfast was so good and filling, and they do their best to think of everything you could ever need. I loved our stay here in the grand suite, which had a nice terrace overlooking the small pool. They also offered excursions which were significantly cheaper than the ones I had already booked with GYG. I wish I had waited and booked them at Riad Khabia instead. Everything was lovely. The wifi didn't always reach the bedroom, so sometimes I had to go to the living room area to get a connection. But, it was no trouble. The service is incredible, the location is perfect, and the rooms were lovely. You can't ask for more!

This place was luxurious and even better, the hospitality and service is unlike anywhere I’ve been. Hossain and Rachid really treated us like family and this is something I’ll never forget. The rooms are so spacious and clean. When I come back to Marrakesh I will stay here again.

5days staying there . My son was sick , the host helped us to get medicine and body temperature meter . Also recommend nice little trip to villages . Nice owner , good job.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
