We are currently on our third day at this remarkable establishment, and our experience has been exceptional from the start. The owners and Hossein, warmly welcomed us upon our arrival with Moroccan tea and pastries, assisting us in settling in comfortably. Throughout our stay, they consistently inquired about our needs and offered assistance GENUINELY. Huge appreciation to Hossein. As for the location, it couldn't be more perfect – nestled in the heart of the medina and just a short walk away from major tourist attractions. The Riad is meticulously maintained and exquisitely decorated, leaving no detail overlooked. It is undeniably an extraordinary place that I wholeheartedly recommend, especially for young travelers and couples seeking those Instagram-worthy photos. Additionally, don't miss the rooftop mini restaurant with its splendid view. One outstanding feature is the housekeeping service. On our first day, we inadvertently left our room in disarray due to an early tour, but upon returning, we were pleasantly surprised to find it spotlessly clean, with everything thoughtfully arranged and organized. The level of service here far surpasses that of most 5-star hotels worldwide. I typically don't write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it.

As a couple who worked in luxury hospitality their whole life this is what guest experience should feel like. Special thanks to Said, he went above and beyond to meet all our wishes and expectations. The owner was lovely and cares for his guests. My partner had a magical birthday celebration. Thank you again to the team for having us. It felt like visiting family. Would recommend to everyone coming to Marrakech.

I couldn't imagine a better place to stay in Marrakesh. The Riad is truly beautiful and relaxing, you can tell that a lot of attention, great taste and heart was put to renovating it (it's a historic building with a very recent renovation). Our room and the common areas were spotless-clean, the beds are super comfortable, the terrace is just perfect (don't miss watching the sunset and/or the sunrise!), the breakfasts are great and everyone from staff is extremely kind, hospitable and helpful! We also found the location perfect - it's only a short walk from Jemma el-Fna and we felt completely comfortable in the surrounding of the Riad. When we come back to Marrakesh we will for also stay at the Riad Ksar Al Amal :) Thank you for the amazing stay!

Very cosy riad in perfect location in the Jewish quarter. The place is decorated stylishly with a strong local influence. Great rooftop to enjoy the view and the sun. Fantastic breakfast. Helpful staff. There was actually a fire in the hearth in the evening. Also perfectly quiet (apart from the regular prayer call which you probably hear in all parts of the city). In short: I left today & am already looking forward to coming back :)

The sapece is just magical. Everything is so beautiful and well presented with such attention to details. Hospitality and heartwarming personality of host and the owner are just wonderful. Big thank you to our House manager and host Sa'id who made us feel so welcomed. Atmosphere of this Riad is so captivating. Staying here felt like dream or time capsule experience. Just magical. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
