What a wonderful experience! Beautiful Riad, comfortable rooms and a very nice rooftop, but the staff make it extra special. The people are so kind and helpful. You made our first trip to Marrakech really special. Thank you and see you very soon!

A beautiful, quiet place with spa vibes. It had the friendliest staff on earth who always greet you with a smile and help you with everything u need whether it's recommendations for places to visit or just anything at all. It's very clean n tidy. Food is great and the location is close to the Jemaa al Fna which is basically the center of the "old" town. U won't regret staying here at all

The best experience ever, the staff was extremely friendly and hospitable, they went above and beyond to take care of their guests and recommend good spots in Marrakech and even for our stay in Fes afterwards, a special thank you to Yassine for his service! The rooms were really clean and had all the amenities we needed, the breakfast was very filling, and the rooftop terrace was great to hang around after a long day of walking in the medina. We had dinner at the Riad and the food was delicious and well prepared, highly recommend! Thank you for everything, you made our experience in Marrakech very memorable :)

This review is for everyone who’s looking for the perfect stay in Marakesh. The hotel is located in a small street where you can reach markets, the Medina and palaces by foot in minutes or take a taxi which you can find 5 min away from the hotel. It’s beautiful from the inside and the rooms are nice and give the traditional Moroccan vibe. Having breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a perfect start in the day to explore the markets nearby. I‘m staying in a lot of different hotels all around the world but the hotel staff of this Riad was the most outstanding I’ve ever experienced. They were the ones that made our stay complete. So again a big thank you to Adil and all the others that took such good care of us!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
