Absolutely amazing stay! Clean, comfortable, tasty breakfast, and quite cheap. But the most important was the hospitality of the staff: they did everything possible and beyond to ensure that my stay in Marrakesh is enjoyable.

We stayed 5 nights in the Riad. We rented 2 rooms, 1 each for us and our adult children. Everything was perfect. The owner, manager and the staff of the Riad were all extremely helpful. The highlight of the stay is the breakfast which is freshly prepared and served on beautiful roof terrace. The building is traditional and beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated. The location is impeccable as it is right in the center of medina with the souks just outside the doorstep. We had a great time and we will surely come back.

Absolutely the best decision I made for my trip was to book this Riad, Roqaya and the rest of the employees there made me feel like home since minute one. They are super sweet and helpful, definitely I’ll repeat in my next trip to Marrakech! Location is great, walking distance in few minutes to the main spots of the city and it feels super safe. The room was very cozy and clean, with AC and excellent attention to detail, also very quiet and calm + super breakfast 🥰 Simply perfect! Thanks again for the lovely stay! Hope to see you soon :)

Amazing place in a wonderful location! The staff and management all did a terrific job to make our stay special. They booked us a couple of great excursions, and we did the hammam in the riad! Breakfasts on the roof were extra special - wish we could recreate those at home! Thanks to the whole team! We loved everything - a real oasis in the middle of the oasis city of Marrakech!

LOVED our stay here. The room was absolutely beautiful, along with all of the common areas. We were greeted with an amazing, welcoming hospitality that continued throughout our stay. The owner/staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were taking care of. I can’t speak enough of their kindness! Breakfast was served on our balcony and was incredible. We enjoyed mint tea on the rooftop. I would definitely stay here again. It is in a perfect location in the Medina and only a few minute walk to Jemaa el Fna (and the meeting place for most tours).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
