What a wonderful place to be! Riad La Douiria is a carefully and really elegantly refurbished house with every comfort. It’s located centrally in the best part of Marrakesh at just a minute from the main sights and is right in the medina. The friendly Naïma prepares breakfast and if you like, delicious dinners and cleans the house from bottom to top every day. Eugenio, the owner gave us the contact number of Youssef Montasir who picked us up at the airport and assisted us with appointments at a wonderful spa, trips to the Atlas Mountains and local guided tours. The Wi-Fi functioned perfectly at all hours. We are a group of ladies travelling together and we absolutely loved La Douiria!

This riad is not at all European standard. very dirty, bad location. It is dangerous to come back there at night. Be careful, other places are much better located and much cleaner. Don't ruin your vacation ...

Better take another riad. Here people haggle over every euro or dirham. There are cockroaches in the kitchen, so it's better not to leave a plate outside. The transfer options, I'd rather not talk about. An amount is agreed upon and in retrospect everything seems to be wrong and you are even threatened with the police if you don't pay the suddenly different amount. Do yourself a favor and get another riad in this wonderful country, but the people in charge around this property are terrible.

Eugenio, the owner of the place, is simply wonderful! Always available, attentive and good advice. The riad is sublime, we have been there several times and love the atmosphere that it gives off and Naima presents the riad to perfection on a daily basis. Thanks to Eugenio for sharing this unique place with us.

We stayed in this riad for 4 days before moving to the desert. Very nice and clean place, close to the medina. The breakfast prepared by the staff is worth it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
