Great Breakfast, great location for Jamma El Jafna and the souks. Staff on the front desk Immam and the ladies who cook and clean are really helpful. Tips: Highly recommend you contact the Riad via email in advance to arrange an Airport transfer, they will be able to guide you to the Riad. The location is very quiet, however you can hear other guests if they are loud. We’d suggest requesting a room on the 1st floor. At night bear in mind there do tend to be groups of young men hanging around the alleys to the Riad, however they were friendly and non threatening.

Three star riad in the center of the Medina. Courteous and helpful staff. Average rooms for the type of accommodation, a little spartan in the furnishings which could be improved, as well as the pillows and mattresses. Small bathroom, difficult to mix the water in the shower, little artificial lighting. Some difficulty in identifying it upon arrival. Minimal but sufficient breakfast.

Very pretty Riad with neat decor and a very good, welcoming and attentive team. It's very clean. The very comfortable bedding and the generous, varied and very good breakfasts. It is possible to dine on Ojace by reservation. I advise !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
