It's a really nice place with polite and helpful staff. There is a beautiful rooftop terrace with free jacuzzi and a massage on site can be booked if requested in advance. The only downside is the location as it's situated quite far from the main attractions and the place looked a bit worn out. However, Mustafa is a great host. Recommend.

Me and my husband stayed here for four nights. We only had dinner with them for 1 night. The dinner was okay but too high for the price… 38 euros food and 7 euros for 2 orange juice… very pricy for a simple dinner. They charged us over 800 MAD + taxes …. We weren’t told about these charges. I don’t recommend staying here cus they charge you for stupid reasons 👎

I stayed at this Riad when I visited Morocco for the first time alone in September 2022. I will not be coming back. On my first night, I went out and came back at night time asking one of the managers if I could have a guest, in which he said 'no' in a rude way and slammed the door promptly on my guest's face. Secondly, I had spent a night in a different city and came back to this riad the next morning to one of the managers questioning me about my whereabouts and being told that 'I worried' them to the point where they almost called the police on me. When I asked why they didnt just call me, they responded by saying that they didnt have my phone number. Now, if I am staying at your Riad and it is a home-away-from-home, as the manager put it, then why wouldnt you have the number and emergency contacts for all of your guests on file? Lastly, on my day of check out, I was going to arrive late so I had a local call them and translate that I would be checking out late. The local told me of their terrible attitude on the phone and their irritability. Im not sure what I did to upset them that day but I will not be coming back to this Riad... EVER. It is pretty inside but if you are a solo traveller like me, I recommend going elsewhere. I stayed at 3 other more professional, genuinely friendly, and beautiful Riads during my stay in Morocco. I hope this honest review was helpful.

It's a cozy place to go, has a pool and jacuzzi you can chill in. The staff are amazing and they help you find interesting places around the city and help you book for anything you need like a spa or taxi or a private tour guide. It felt like being in a nice home. And there's a cat, Max, that lives there and he's soo adorable which made the stay delightful; he was my highlight of the stay. Honestly the place might not be those high end hotels nor easy to find at first, but it's really charming and gives off that traditional Moroccan vibe.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
