Must stay super quiet, even when in your own room given the day out and wooden doors. Bathroom within a room has not wall/ceiling partition so only share a room if you’re super comfortable with your roomie. Staff were very polite and helpful. Kids in the street outside will try to scam you if you arrive with suitcases.

Not what it was. We stayed here a few years back, it was still owner run, super friendly and well taken care of. Now, you get received by someone who keeps telling you “not my business “ when you have some requests. We had two rooms, both smelled from bathrooms, water wasn’t running off shower. Place has come into years in terms of rooms and effort on keeping a nice atmosphere and service. Definitely not recommended anymore

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Interior is very instagramable, nice decoration! Room was small, but cozy. The only downside was that the wall that separated bathroom and bedroom was half way to the ceiling so you have no privacy. And regarding privacy - we stayed on the first floor, next to the lounge area, where people were chilling. We had to whisper in our room, so no one outside could hear our conversation. Overall nice experience but I don’t really recommend staying anywhere near Medina square.

We stayed 3 nights at Riad Lamzia, the location is truly perfect and the room was clean! Beside that, we stayed on the 1rst floor and the room had no real door, we were beside the living room so we had no privacy at all. We could hear the music from the staff in the kitchen as well as the noise in the morning… the Staff was nice overall but we felt like we asked for too much each time we asked if it was possible to have tea. One night, we were chilling on the rooftop and Mohamed (staff at night) had to come just to ask us to laugh less loudly. I didn’t enjoy one second in this hotel and i don’t recommend it to anyone.

Central location, very close to all attractions. The house itself is cozy and cool despite the soaring temperatures. The terrace is lovely for sunbathing and a quick dip! The breakfast is plentiful, different every day and served at your place of choice. Mohammed and his team went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as possible! Although we arrived extremely late, Mohammed was still up waiting for us and prepared some lovely mint tea for us! Thank you for a great stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
