Great atmosphere and staff very pleased with the quality of the room. The rooftop terrace is awesome as well. Great night time and day time view.

We stayed 3 nights in Le Dromadaire Bleu and I highly recommend this Riad. It is a peaceful retreat in the heart of Marrakech, about 7 minutes walk from the Jma El Fnaa square. The traditional Moroccan room was very clean and comfortable, (I don’t think we ever slept in a bed that was this big). The bathroom was beautiful with the original tadelact baths and a copper sink. The breakfast was delicious and it was served in the beautiful courtyard. Zouhire and the other staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay (answered all our questions & helped with logistics), a big thanks for such a great first experience in Marrakech! Hope to be back soon!

Very beautiful riad. A perfect location. A true haven of peace. Perfect welcome, room and breakfast! We had an excellent stay! Thank you to the entire Blue Camel team! I recommend with my eyes closed!

This place is just a gem The setting, the location,. A quiet terrace ideal for this break and removing the stress of life. A riad where we have this dear meaning, Zouhir welcomed us with such kindness. Bouchra a sweetness incarnate. Looking forward to coming back and seeing you again very soon. Riad very well located, very warm welcome. But the rooms are poor. No power in the showers, lack of light. average cleanliness. No windows in the rooms. The door doesn't lock. Limited breakfast. Be careful if you like mini pancakes, it’s 2/person no more! Damage…

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
