Reading the other reviews leaves me somewhat confused and wondering why my opinions don’t align with those of others, I think fundamentally this Riad is nice, there is nothing predominantly bad about the place and it certainly has its strengths. The following issues are somewhat minor but still affected the feeling of my overall stay. Generally I would say the place is just “nice”. My irks include the terrible WiFi connection, which I first attested to “Marrakech” however soon discovered nowhere else with such issues… it wasn’t the internet speed which bothered me… rather just the availability. I was unable to even connect to the routers during most of my stay. The room had a bottle of water when I arrived but once that was finished it was not replaced. (6 night stay), my two drinking glasses were used (for wine) and neither removed nor replaced. The shower plumbing was difficult to master, scolding or freezing mostly. Breakfast was basic… one egg, one banana, one yoghurt, one pastry, black coffee. There was cereal on my first morning but that never reappeared. My room, although comfortable enough, was basic. This being said, the guy who welcomed me and saw me off was extremely friendly, he sat me down with a map and gave me great information about everything I would need, he was very friendly and kind. His wonderful attitude definitely made a positive impact on my stay. The location is great, super central, the Riad overall is clean and well kept.

Riad Le J is a lovely guesthouse in the heart of Marrakesh's medina, offering a quiet oasis in the midst of the bustling city. The riad is beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan architecture and design, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure guests feel at home. Breakfast is included and is a delicious spread of traditional Moroccan pastries, breads, and fresh fruit. While the riad is beautiful and comfortable, there were a few minor issues that prevented me from giving it a 5-star review. The wifi can be spotty at times, and the location can be a bit tricky to find, so it's important to have clear directions or arrange for the riad to arrange for a transfer from the airport. Overall, Riad Le J is a great choice for those looking for an authentic Moroccan experience in a beautiful and comfortable setting. While there were a few minor issues, the staff and amenities more than make up for them, and the riad offers a peaceful and welcoming retreat in the heart of the city.

I can not recommend this spot highly enough! Value to Quality ratio is incredible. Absolutely beautiful, cosy interior. Service is really incredible. Ibrahim is super friendly and professional, Antonio was highly responsive by email. Taxi pick up was made super easy too.

We found Riad Le J after much searching and debate. We shouldn’t have hesitated. The place is just bliss. The rooms are tastefully decorated and create a calm relaxed atmosphere. It’s a prefect escape from the hustle and bustle of the market. We arranged a pick up upon arrival and this was just perfect as you got to find the Riad very easily and allowed you to get your bearings. Breakfast was simply perfect. Yoghurt was delicious, bread fantastic and a different treat each day. This is served on the roof so you can enjoy the cool morning sun. The night manager is fantastic. Super super helpful and also very friendly. He arranged a number of things for us including a hammam and trip to the Atlas Mountains. Location of the Riad is also ideal as it’s close to all the action.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
