We stayed there for couple of nights in October and enjoyed our stay a lot. Host Abdel was very helpful and welcoming. Room was good, though our AC was a little slow but we managed. Service overall was great. One reason I’m giving it 5 stars is the food. Chef certainly deserves the applause because food was really was fresh and carefully prepared. Great riad overall

We enjoyed our stay here. It was about a 20 min walk to the main sq of Marrakesh. The staff were nice enough but did not go out of there way to make you feel welcome or help you. The rooms were nice but the shower head was not in good shape. As long as you don’t expect a 5 star hotel you should enjoy your stay

We had a trip to Marrakech and stayed at this hotel, very traditional the service is excellent the host are very helpful, very clean we had tours booked with the hotel, the driver abdou very kind and trusted, he even reconded other place to visit and to have dinner, also helped us to find spas. 100% recomended.

Amazing place and it's beautiful, the rooms are perfect size, however the shower is the only down part. We stayed for 5 days and breakfast is included and the staff is always so pleasant and nice. You are 20 minutes walking from the plaza of Jemaa Al fnaa and 10 from the outside of the wall. This Riad might be the best there is from location to rooms to everything. There is a swimming pool and a rooftop where you can see the sunrise. I loved this place and recommend 100% Have fun and safe travels! And even if you want to they can plan trips to the desert and it isn't a scam

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
