Best Riad we could ever stay in. Hassan, Abdel and Khalid were absolutely the best hosts for us. They made our stay so amazing. They treated us like family. Helping us with directions, with sights, with taxis and even making us lovely breakfast and tea everyday! We are so lucky they were available the days we came. Can't wait to come back some day!

friendly staff, but everything else is completely surreal and absurd conditions for the price. We came to this Riad because after a night in another Riad (where we booked for 3 nights) they said they were overbooked and would send us to the Marrocain (supposedly a 5* Riad with excellent conditions). Well, this Riad is terrible, bed with pubic hair, bathroom smells like sewage and the location is terrible. the staff was always excellent, the owner (Claude I think) refused to talk to us, refused to refund and changed rooms. Unbelievable the lack of cleanliness.

The room and Riad were clean, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast though let it down which is a shame. If eggs aren’t going to be served you at least need to provide fresh bread. I had to go buy bread for 1drm as I couldn’t face chocolate cake and pastries again. If you could add fresh bread, some butter and maybe some honey instead of the stale pastries, the triangle of cheese and processed jam it would have been a 5/5

Great Place! It's quiet, the staff is very welcoming, the rooms are large and it's only 5 to 10min walk from Jemaa el Fnaa square. I have done several hotels and riads in Marrakech over my 15 years in Morocco and I highly recommend Riad Le Marocain.

The inflatable swimming pool was not available though it was 30 degree temp. The rooms are not sound isolated , doors and windows are of Moroccan design but using an inferior quality of wood. Breakfast is basic and it was Moroccan French fusion/confusion.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
