We have spent a wonderful 3 days here over the Christmas season. The rooms are clean and immaculately appointed and everything is tastefully done. The service is outstanding and the staff anre friendly - everyone treated us like family guests! We even had an amazing Christmas dinner with live music, gifts and Santa hats!! The food here is fresh and delicious, some of the best we have had during our time here in Morocco! If we come back to Marrakesh we will definitely be staying here again!

10/10 stay in Marrakech, definitely recommend. The staff are the highlight, so friendly and no request is too much. I would come back just for them! The hotel itself is beautiful, with great rooms and social spaces. Rooms have everything you could need. It really is hard to believe just moments away is the chaos of Marrakech as this riad is so peaceful and calm. There is a taxi pick up / drop off area less than a 5 minute walk away, which is great considering the proximity to the medina! (Where taxis can’t go). The area itself is lovely and feels safe.

This place is mind blowing. Absolutely stunning and wonderful. They treat you like royalty and it’s such a unique hotel with a unique boutique experience. It’s all in the details!! Even just asking us what we want to have for a drink during breakfast the night before, I drink tea and my husband drinks coffee… the table was set for us before we woke up with the specific cups for each… I love the small things that go a long ways! They were incredible hosts and always went above and beyond to meet any need or want we had!

My friend and I have enjoyed every minute of our stay at Le Pèlerin. The room is classy, clean and has everything we need (filtered water, lots of towels, toiletries, spare pillow, safe, hanging space…) and the roof terrace is absolutely stunning — a beautiful spot to relax after a day of exploring. The team are always so friendly and have gone above and beyond to make our stay relaxing. We’ve whatsapped them with a few requests and they’ve helped us book taxis, guides, hammam trips and even a day trip out to the Ourika Valley. Breakfast is traditional and delicious, made up of a variety of breads and pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee and eggs to order if wanted. A 10/10 stay for friends or couples in a very central location. I would happily stay again!

Spent our last night in Morocco here at Le Pelerin, and it was an excellent stay. I usually research a lot before booking any accommodations, and I booked this place because I was attracted by its design and excellent reviews from others. The whole riad is well designed and managed, making you feel like home away from home. We stayed in Tata, very nice layout of the room. Spacious and plenty of sunlight. Beddings were comfortable and toiletries smells really calming. Staff were always very welcoming, warm and friendly. The fresh squeezed orange juice and fried egg made my day. Le Pelerin will be my top choice if I visit Marrakech again (or it’s sister riad next door, Nyla).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
