We were very well looked after our entire stay, they helped us with airport transfers and even provided a better map along with suggestions on what to visit. It's only a few minutes from the souks and 15(ish) minutes from the main square, yet set back from the busy streets enough that it was a very peaceful base to return to. The breakfasts were generous and delicious too!

Great location, right in the heart of Medina, however still a corner of peace and quietness in the madness of the Souk. Excellent breakfast, service is amazing thanks to Feth and his colleagues, that will take care of you for the whole staying. Do not miss the hammam, which is simply fantastic. I want to go back.

This Riad is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is very peaceful and tranquil. The WiFi here is great and we were able to work and take video calls from the pool area and living room next to the pool. The breakfast spread is delicious (crepes, yogurt, eggs and bread with coffee and orange juice). The staff is wonderful and so kind. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

We chose Les Ammonites for the last leg of our trip to Morroco and we are so glad we did!!. After staying at several Riads other places we found Les Ammonites to have the most thoughtful service, carefully selected decor, a wonderful breakfast everyday and truly personal service by Francesca and her team. The location is excellent within the Medina, with an easy walk to most sights. We took advantage of Hamman and Massage service and it was wonderful! There are many accomodations options, and we would definitely recommend this riad.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
