Very kind stuff we really felt welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms are large, modern with the local hints. The location is also great central but not noisy.

This place is a true gem! It’s on the best location, near everything really. The rooms are super clean, the breakfast was good, the people were super nice and helpful. No surprise charges and the internet worked very well!

We had the best time in Riad Les Bougainvilliers! We stayed during our time in Marrakech in different Riads, but this one was by far the best! The service of Monsef was outstanding and we really appreciated his help for everything (the 5 Dutch girls..)! He made us feel safe and very welcome. The rooms are fabulous and super clean, nice airco as well! And the riad itself is super quiet and relax, a real hidden gem in the Medina. Will definitely recommend and will for sure go back whenever I’m going back to Marrakech in the future. Shoukran bezaff!

The location is central, one and a half seconds from the main square and yet quiet and calm, giving a sense of separation from the street. The staff is always smiling and the service is at the highest level, the breakfast is served with a smile and with variety between days. The pool in the center of the riad is spacious and gives a romantic atmosphere. The rooms are decorated and the shower is pampering and pleasant with a stream of water and the rooms are spacious and clean. Mansef's smile at the entrance is worth coming here.‬‏

Riad Les Bougainvilliers is situated in a very good location in the heart of the medina and is easy to reach. It's a quiet and peaceful place with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The service at the reception deserves additional praise. Monssef is the real gem of this place. Always smiling and helpful. It would be nice to have bathrobes and slippers in the rooms - it's so normal now and they were missing here. Breakfast is also a weak point. It's not about the type of breakfast itself, because it was typically Moroccan and we knew it. I mean too greasy omelettes and msemen as well as fruit cut in an unappetizing way. On the plus side, always fresh and delicious orange juice. Breakfast service could be better too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
