Situated in the middle of the medina .. but on a quite dirty street. The staff barely speaks English ( one very helpfull waiter does..). No parking place, you have to find a parking outside the medina and pay for it (you have to bargain for it, do not get tricked) If you are willing to pay with card they will charge you with a fee. Dinner was nice but really expensive. The riad itself desperately needs renovation. The bathrooms are covered with mould. But: The patio is nice. The cleaning ladies are very, very nice and they do a good job. Breakfast is very good. We were upgraded to a nicer room ( we didn't ask for it), it was bigger and more beautiful than the first one but still needed some work to be done, especially in the bathroom

Staying at Les Jardins d'Henia was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from places such as Badi palace, Behia palace, and Jaama el Fna. There are a lot of small restaurants and shops in a street nearby, but the place itself is very quiet.

Beautiful riad with a fairly convenient location to the center of Marrakech. While overall we had a good stay, I was a bit disappointed by a few things: - the outdoor “pool” is more of a fountain than an actual pool and by early afternoon it’s already no longer exposed to the sun. - the breakfast: by FAR the WORST we’ve had in Marrakech. No eggs, no savory things and the bread/pancakes seemed a bit stale - the staff: polite but seemed more eager to cash in payments than anything else. Compared to the lever of hospitality we’ve seen elsewhere in Morocco, this just doesn’t compare.

Used their spa spa facilities and had dinner. Dinner was one of the best meals I had in Marrakech. For the spa however, we were disappointed with the hammam and the service. They should have told us it was under construction. It felt dirty the soap and the argile and the whole hammam is in a very unfortunate state. The massage was ok. The whole place is charming.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
