Youseff was an EXCELLENT Host. He was always available, and made sure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. The only problem is that we encountered a few critters during our 5 night stay. Breakfast, (the pastries were made from scratch) was OUTSTANDING!

We spent 4 days in Marrakech in this Riad. Small and very clean place. Our room was small but we had a terrace only for us. Amazing! Joelle and her staff is very nice and always in touch to answer to your needs. We ask for a typical lunch tajine, they cook something gluten free. And also provide us a gluten free breakfast with soy milk. They also organised a guide tour and the experience was amazing. We ask them to organise a camels tour and everything was super! The terrace is very cozy and you can take a hidromassatge or just relax.

Our Riad was excellent from the moment the door was opened to the final moment of our stay with the door closings. Joalle and her fantastic team made our first trip to Marrakesh an absolute delight. The Riad was beautiful very tranquil from the chaotic hustle and bustle of the city. We ate in twice the food was amazing especially having read about all the brilliant cafe’s and restaurants you would be very hard pressed to beat the dinners we had. The Riad was exceptionally clean and airey, being woken by birdsong was lovely. A great location to all the sights. We hope to return in the not too distant future ( in fact planning the next trip can’t wait) We stayed in Sarah double room March 19

This Riad is charming, cozy and well decorated. The whole house is full of little details that makes you feel in a magic place. All bedrooms are gorgeous. They have air conditioning and good bathrooms. Also, the service is outstanding. Since you arrive, everyone is willing to help you and do the best to make you feel welcomed. Yousef was our host. He was on top of every detail, always going above and beyond. All people in there were actually like that. The Riad is close to all touristic places. Many of them are within walking distance. Just have in mind that in some parts of the medina there is not access to taxis so you must walk to get there.

Cutest little riad ever! Good breakfast included in the stay! The rooms are super cute and the people are SUPER NICE!!! Super amicable, always a smile on their faces, they are truly tremendours and incredible!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
