Beautiful Riad in the heart of the old Medina. Our room was on the main floor of the hotel, beautiful spacious room, beautifully decorated. Be careful arriving, it is quite tricky getting to this Riad. It's far from the road, so if you get dropped off by taxi, have your maps downloaded and walk through the old Medina to get there otherwise a random guy will offer to walk you there for a price and its not cheap (he asked for 150 Dirhams = $15 USD). Guys at the hotel will greet you with tea and dessert. Check-in was quick and easy. Riad location is great, central in the old Medina. Beautiful stay at this Riad!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Les Trois Palmiers in Marrakesh and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine smile. The riad itself is a hidden gem, tucked away in the heart of the bustling Medina, offering a peaceful oasis away from the vibrant city. The rooms were beautifully decorated, combining traditional Moroccan elements with modern comforts. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I felt like I was staying in a luxurious home rather than a hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the en-suite bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning rooftop terrace. With breathtaking views of the city and the Atlas Mountains, it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a delicious breakfast or a refreshing drink in the evening. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met, providing exceptional service with a genuine warmth and friendliness. The location of the riad was ideal, being within walking distance of many of Marrakesh's main attractions, including the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square. The staff were always happy to provide recommendations and assist with arranging tours or transportation. Overall, my experience at Riad Les Trois Palmiers was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of the beautiful riad, attentive staff, and prime location made for a truly unforgettable stay. If you are looking for a luxurious and authentic Moroccan experience, I highly recommend choosing Riad Les Trois Palmiers. It truly deserves its five-star rating.

I had the pleasure of staying 4 nights in this intimate, charming and peaceful Riad in the old city. My spotless, well air-conditioned room was on the third (rooftop) level, from which I enjoyed glorious sunsets and panoramic city views. Luxury linens, changed daily. Gracious, attentive staff and owners. Perfect base for exploring the multiple sites of old Marrakech.

My first time in Morocco and I didn’t know what to expect. Staying here was the highlight of our trip! The Riad itself was beautiful, we loved our room and it had everything we needed (even hair straighteners!) The location was superb, we felt close to the action but the road was quiet and tranquil. We felt very safe staying here. Without doubt the greatest thing about this place is the people. They welcomed us so warmly, nothing was too much trouble, friendly, informative and a joy to spend 4 days with. We will be back without doubt.

It’s a crazy winding walk to get to the place / luggage will need to be carried by someone else from the hotel. Once inside the place is massive with one of the best breakfasts. Great location to shop in the Madina. :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
