Stayed here with a bunch of people. The hotel Manager Abdul and the rest of the staff were great. Abdul helped plan several events. There was never a shortage of tea. Definitely recommend for an authentic Moroccan experience.

Beautiful riad! I wanted a million pictures 🙈 .many places to sit and relax. it's so sereen, smells soo nice🤩 All Amazing sweet People work there always a big smile,and ready to help with all your questions ♥️and perfect service. We wanted to eat late in the evening but no problem. Pastilla was very good! Breakfast was perfect. 10min walk to jemaa El fna. Good airconditioning in the rooms. I have zero negative Points. Thank you so much for a perfect start of our holiday 🙏🙏😍♥️.

Literally the best Riad in Marrakesh!! What a lovely experience and such good value for money. The vibe was so on point and truly allowed one to have a Moroccan experience. The room was very clean and also a good vibe! Staff were absolutely lovely. Shoutout to Amina Ta, Zayn, Abdul Karim & the night receptionist (can’t remember his name) for taking such great care of me and insuring I have the best experience! The location was also great, just off a road, but not a very busy one so one does not feel overwhelmed. Only downside were that the wifi would keep disconnecting, which didn’t affect me too much but if you’re planning to wfh or depend on the wifi- one to keep in mind. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We stayed here in November and it was lovely. Weather was great almost too hot still! The evening was cool but still didn't need a jacket or jumper unless you feel the cold easily. The staff at this riad literally couldn't do enough for you. On a few occasions there was a language barrier but they would grab an English speaker right away and I must stress this was our fault for not knowing a word of French or Arabic to aid their understanding! The rooms and complex were clean and wonderfully traditional. Giving us a real Moroccan feel not overly modernised so you feel like you could be anywhere. There are quite a few mosques nearby so expect to be woken early by morning call to prayer, however being honest I suspect this is the same everywhere. It's in a great location so you can literally walk to everything worth visiting easily. Would definitely consider staying here again if I return. Final thoughts, we didn't eat anything other than breakfast while here which is a traditional Moroccan pancakes, coffee, cake's, fruit, yogurt style breaky.

Lovely Riad. We stayed one night in room #2. I wouldn’t recommend this room during the winter as it’s quite drafty. Pool area was charming. Staff nice. Beds comfortable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
