Youseff is amazing host. Whatever he's earning, give him a raise. The ladies did great with the food and laundry. Great service. The hotel feels like a family home.

I stayed here for two nights, place is really calm and peaceful. Just to highlight this place is not a typical hotel, it's like a old Moroccan house with cultural touch. They have pool inside, no TV inside the room but they have common area with TV. Only thing I didn't like was that they did not provide hot water cattle to make tea or coffee. Internet signals in my room were perfect. Breakfast was also nice but could have been better.

Although it’s a 5-10 min taxi from the city center, the Riad l’Escale is a fantastic riad in Marrakech. Total of seven bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. Incredibly clean. The rooftop terrace was under construction during our stay but has a jacuzzi and bar. Adil was a great host. If this riad is available during your stay I would highly recommend it. Oh and give them a heads up (half day or full day) if you plan to have any meals at the riad as they will go and buy the food fresh and prepare for you.

We were booked to visit the particular hotel in March 2020 but becouse of covid 19 pandemic we arrange to move our reservation to October 2020 hoping that things would be better. The particular date our flight was canseled becouse of Covid 19 situation in all over the WORLD!!! Our flight company gave as all our money back but they refuse to do the same (even to discuss some of that amound). At this point I would like to say that we were arrange to visit Marrakech and we wanted to visit Marrakech. It is not our fault that we didn't do so. The whole planet is in emergency situation. You cannot have "policy" for such situations. I am so angry for them that I really don't recommend that hotel...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
