This riad was amazing. Everyone was very nice to us and very welcoming. When you arrive they greet you with delicious mint tea and pastries. The terrace is really nice to relax after a day walking in the Medina. The room was big and cozy, very well decorated. Breakfast was delicious and they also let us have breakfast really early (6.50 am) because we had to leave really early for an excursion.

This place is AMAZING. We stayed last week for a few days and I have only positive things to say about our stay. The staff are super friendly, going above and beyond to serve us breakfast even when we overslept. The food is delicious and fresh. The location is perfect and quickly accessible to everything. The rooftop has a beautiful view and was very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the wonderful 4-bedroom house, which was honestly a magical stay. The rooms and facilities were fantastic. Location was prime, being only minutes away from the heart of the madinah and its wonderful chaos. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Hasan, who was so helpful and hardworking in getting our bags to and from our rooms. This was followed by Ayman, who gave us all the necessary information we needed for our stay. Our favourite though, the beautiful Jamileh (chef) that made our stay so extra special. Apart from her excellent breakfast/cooking each morning, her kindness was unmatched. If you get the opportunity to go to Marrakesh, I would highly recommend you stay at Riad L'Etoile D'Orient. Especially if you are a bigger group, staying in the 4-bedroom house would be the perfect stay in Marrakesh.

Amazing place and amazing Staff. I have to say Huda from the staff was amazing on all levels. Waking up to find her preparing for us an authentic Moroccan breakfast and tea was the highlight of our stay. She was very keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She offered to cook authentic lunch for us and I have to admit it is the best Tagine I ever tasted. If you do stay there, ask for her support, it will make your visit and stay way nicer. The riad is really clean and equipped with everything, totally recommend it.

Beautiful riad, amazing service especially from Hassan who patiently gave us briefing about Marrakech when we arrived, his assistance throughout our stay was also remarkable and made us feel very welcomed. There was an issue with our AC on the first night, but they gave us another room to sleep and they fixed it on the next day! The breakfast was great too (served at the rooftop)! Really thank you, it was indeed a wonderful stay :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
