The best experience!! Beautiful place right in the Medina of Marrakesh. The rooms are nice and clean, the cleaning lady comes every day. The place also has a nice rooftop where you can rest or enjoy your meals. Delicious breakfast is included in the price. Additionally, you can order lunch or dinner for a fee. It was also delicious and a huge portion. Special thank you goes to the staff that was truly wonderful! They provided us with a pick up from airport, arranged excursions that we wanted to attend with a group or a private driver and fulfilled all our wishes. They were really nice and kind too. Definitely recommend this hotel!

This place it’s just perfect. It’s very well located, just a couple minute walk from the Jamma el Fna Square. The rooms are spacious, clean and very cozy. The stuff are very nice and so attentive, the breakfast is delicious and abundant; the Riad itself its little but very well preserved. This is a highly recommended place to stay when you visit Marrakech!

Loved this riad. Staff and owner were helpful, friendly, warm, and very welcoming. Rooftop terrace is a perfect spot for breakfast, or late afternoon map. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Location is perfectly set away from the main artery yet accessible to everything. Highly recommend, and I will stay there next time I am in Marrakesh.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Very clean and staff are extremely friendly. 6 rooms available at this location nice courtyard and rooftop has a pool. During winter it can be cold however heaters were provided during my stay. Also has hot water, unlike some other I have stayed in. The venue is only 3 mins walk to the Square. As taxis cannot enter into the square you will need to pay for a porter (20 MAD, approx £2) if you have a lot of luggage.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and well decorated. Breakfasts in the courtyard was lovely, we even had a beautiful home cooked dinner on the terrace. Very happy with our stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
