Riad Linda is one of my favourite places to stay in Marrakech. It has an excellent and easy to find location really near the square. It's charming and beautifully decorated with a mixture of traditional Moroccan decor and fabulous modern artwork. The staff are so kind and helpful. The beds are comfy and the shower is hot.

my stay at Riad Linda was last February 2018. We were greeted in an exemplary manner. Very good facilities, (we stayed in a 3 bed room, with toilet, on the ground floor) staff of a great friendliness and availability. is a place of excellence where every sunrise is a good surprise. the unforgettable breakfasts. It will be an experience I would like to repeat. Thank you Linda, Rashid, and Maria

Recently stayed in the Riad Linda for a few days for a family trip to Morocco. We were dropped off by taxi a short walk away where one of the Riad staff came to meet us and show us the way. On arrival we were given mint tea and a chance to get settled and decide on rooms etc. The Riad is a couple of minutes walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa Square. There are many restaurants dotted around the square and I recommend ones with roof terraces for a great view of the bustling square at night. Any alcohol/food related requests were handled by the staff who were extremely friendly and weren't scared of talking to us and were always happy to make more tea or coffee when we asked for it. The staff also arranged a day trip up into the Atlas Mountains which I recommend to everyone. Henna tattoos were also arranged for the ladies in the group and was good value for money and enjoyed by all. Thanks again to Linda and the staff at Riad Linda for a great first visit to Morocco, I will never forget it.

Out of the three riads we've stayed in on our recent trip to Marrakesh, this was hands down the best one. The staff was amazing and made our stay feel right at home. The rooms were clean and large, although a bit more amenities would've been welcome. Would definitely consider this Riad again next time in Marrakesh.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
