My friends and I went to Marrakesh for the first time and we not disappointed. The Riad itself was absolutely beautiful with stunning rooftop views, it was in a prime location to walk to any of the landmarks in Marrakesh. The Riad was also very clean, relaxing and felt like luxury. The staff were absolutely phenomenal, Mohammed made sure we were taken care of and provided us with information about the city with great recommendations. My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Riad Livia throughly, and will 100% be back here!! Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Amazing place to stay during your travel in Marrakech! Me and my mate were searching for a Riad, but we also had another requirement, reliable wifi and a place to work from. After reading the postive reviews on Google we made the decision to stay here. I got the impression that they could probably arrange a table/desk for us to work from, since they are really willing to help you. Luckily i was right! Thanks a lot for hosting us. We had a great trip and we could work great from your place!

this place is an absolute gem in the heart of marrakesh . From the moment I stepped into its charming courtyard, I was captivated by the authentic Moroccan ambiance and impeccable attention to detail. The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable. The beautifully decorated rooms offered a perfect blend of comfort and traditional design, providing a cozy oasis after a day of exploring the city. My partner and I recently stayed at Riad Livia and had an incredible experience. The staff, especially Mohammed and Hafsa, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Hafsa laid out an amazing dinner and decorated the rooftop table for my partners birthday on our first night. They were attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel at home. Any questions we had they helped us with no issue, they were able to arrange a local guide for us and transport to the airport. The riad itself was beautiful, I highly recommend Riad Livia for a fantastic stay in Marrakech. It's approximately 850m from the main square and you'll walk through some souks and markets streets on the walk to it.

We stayed in three different riads and, definitely, Livia is the best. Stunning rooms, amazing atmosphere, delicious breakfast and super lovely and kind staff. Location is perfect. Highly recommend. I will definitely come back

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
