I’ve stayed here twice and it’s a nice and conveniently placed riad. I love that it’s close to one of the medina gates so it’s a short walk from the taxi. It’s centrally located and you easily walk all over the medina. ATM is in 5 mins walk from the riad and there are nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast is included and nice. Staff is friendly. Rooms are small but efficient. The roof terrace is nice as week as the courtyard. It’s a quiet hotel and I like it. Beds are a bit dated and the rooms would need some freaking up, but for the price point and location it’s good.

This Riad is listed as a 4-star hotel, but it's more like a 3-star. The central courtyard area has been converted to a pool, which is pretty, but the rooms are quite basic. The linens are not the greatest. Most of the staff is good though. We had a nice welcome tea. The wifi kept going out which was tough, though the manager did keep trying to fix it. Breakfast is included. The spa is in another building, so we didn't even see it and you wouldn't even know there was one close by. No signs, no information available in the riad. I asked if they had anything I could look at and the manager had to look around for five minutes before he could find a brochure. If you are really looking for a comfortable riad and full spa experience, I'd say look somewhere else. For us, it was good because we were more interested in seeing the city.

We stayed here for three days and we love it. The staff was amazing, especially Rajid (I hope I'm writing his name well) that was always there to help us. In what concerns cleaning and hygiene, the place was flawless. The place was far from the confusion of Jemaa el-Fna, but no longer then ±10 minutes walk from the square. There are a lot of things to do around the Riad and they also have a Spa and a small pool. The terrace is also a very nice and relaxing place. On his price range, this place is highly recommended.

Very cozy riad with friendly staff and clean rooms. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, I would love to return. The entrance is located in a backstreet which feels quite wrong to enter, due to this watch out for people out in the street guiding you there – they will request an insane amount of money for just walking next to you. Say no thank you and then ignore.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
