We recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Lorsya during our visit to Marrakech, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the riad, we were captivated by its charming atmosphere and traditional Moroccan decor. The staff at Riad Lorsya truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their hospitality was outstanding, and every member of the team was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. The rooms were beautifully appointed, combining modern comfort with the riad's authentic Moroccan style. We felt like we were transported to a serene oasis within the bustling city. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast served at Riad Lorsya. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread of fresh and flavorful Moroccan dishes. Cannot fault this amazing Riad! The staff are so friendly, the food is wonderful and the rooms spirit you away to an exciting new world. There is a fantastic sun terrance with exceptional views over the Medina, yet it’s peaceful and tranquil despite being right by the souk. Highly recommend to get the real taste of Marrakesh,

Riad Lorsya is a very decent traditional house for a unique local accommodation experience. The building and architecture is really old, however, it is clean and pretty well maintained. It is within layers of walls, thus it is quiet and cooling. The hospitality is warm. We were greeted well by the riad's host Yassine and staffs, and we were served with mint tea on the rooftop of the riad upon arrival. The staffs, especially Karim and Mustafa, are very friendly and attentive. Another notable experience is the host's prompt responses on agoda messaging or WhatsApp. Yassine would try his best to fulfil our needs and it has been pleasant communicating with him. The riad's room comes with basic amenities such as shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer and towel. The bed is pretty comfy. Water is not prepared in the room, but we can request for water bottle and the staff would bring it to us immediately. Simple local breakfast is served at the open area of the riad, it is good we can have chitchatting with other guests while having our breakfast. We requested for ground transfer and it was smooth, on time, good. We were led to the riad and our luggages were taken care of. It is highly advisable to engage the riad's transfer service, else it would probably be very challenging to find the riad's exact location in the midst of busy streets and walls. Overall, our stay has been very pleasant. I'm glad I've chosen to stay at Riad Lorsya. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place in the heart of the Medina!! The terrace is incresible with a wide view on Marrakech. The guys who manage the riad are all GREAT!!! will support you for any request. Very good breakfast too.

We have loved staying at the Riad Lorsya. A great location to explore Marrakech from and overall a lovely experience. Don't forget Morocco has a legislated tourist tax you have to pay locally on departure.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
