If you come to Marrakech you need to stay in a Riad. Riad Louaya is a very good place to stay. Close to the small streets inside the Medina, all the staff is very warm, helpful and always with a smile for us. The rooms are cleaned everyday, the switch the towels the make the bed. It's wonderful. The best thing is you can book with them to pick you up on the first day and leave you on the airport in the last day. Thanks so much for everything!

Great location. Every single person at Riad Louaya is very friendly and helpful. Murad, Mohammed and Ayoub were very helpful and polite. The housekeeping was the best we’ve ever seen anywhere.. Hakim, helped us and answered our questions before we even got to Marrakech. They picked us up from the airport for a small fee. This riad is more than just a place to stay but a big part of a whole visit. They helped us with tours like the desert tour and took us there and back. The experience was an unforgettable one. We traveled with our 2 year old daughter and everyone was very patient and friendly and welcoming to her too. They will cook great Moroccan food for a small fee and the food we ate at the riad was always great and the very relaxing if you want to take a slow day.

Do NOT stay here! Cleaners came into our room before we checked out and moved our stuff to the side to already clean up for the next guests, even after we asked them not to enter or clean the room and after we already told them we would be checking out at 11:30 (which we did and is allowed). So after we came back after leaving in the morning we were very disappointed, especially because the room door was left open so everyone could have entered the room and touch or steal our stuff. We don’t appreciate our stuff being touched, moved into a corner and left in our room unlocked with the door open. We told the lady of the Riad what happened and she kept saying it is normal for them to already enter and clean the room before people check out. They didn’t acknowledge their fault at all. They were not worried about anyone stealing anything because “they have cameras” (which does not bring our stuff back if anything would have happened but ok). After checking out, the owner kept messaging, calling and stalking me to leave a good review, up to weeks after leaving the Riad. Do not appreciate them using my phone number and harrassing me like that, especially after their bad service.

We really enjoyed this beautiful paradise of calmness in such a hectic city. We were there for a week and enjoyed it very much. The riad is super clean and the amenities are beautiful. The people who work there are awesome, and they helped us a lot, thank you Mohammed and Morad 🫶🏼. Breakfast is awesome as well 😉. Totally recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
