We absolutely loved our stay for 3 nights here. From the smell of the place, the delicious breakfast and dinner as well as the good location. The real difference was made by Hakim, Safia and the whole team who were incredible hosts. Highly recommend this outstanding Riad.

I booked this for for a weekend away. The place was hard to find but we got there at the end. Couple mins away from the main square. Everything is close by and convenient. We loved the riad and fell in love with it, full of character. Our room was lovely all rooms look over the open courtyard. Safia was ever so kind provided details of everything. Welcomed us with mint tea and biscuits. They had a rooftop terrace with swimming pool. Perfect evening spot. The staff there were friendly. I loved how clean it was and the smell!! Quiet riad perfect for couples and privacy. Breakfast was provided fresh orange juice eggs pancakes. Everything was perfect we had a lovely time and will definitely be returning.

Perfectly clean and beautifully styled, Riad Louhou is a delightful escape from the bustle of the Medina. Staff are friendly and helpful yet unobtrusive - the perfect balance for a comfortable stay. We loved the roof terrace and the pool was a real luxury in the Moroccan heat. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return next time we're in Marrakech ❤️

Wow!!! Very, very nice Riad! It was very clean, they where super kind and obliging and the position in the old town is top! The breakfast was freshly made and served on the roof top terrasse. They even offered us a transfer from the airport (20€), we booked. They picket us up at the airport and brought us directly to the Riad. I‘m definetely coming again!

We loved the hotel. Clean, great location, cozy. Fatima was always aware in order to help us. And she has prepared the best mint tea we’ve ever had. The breakfast is amazing, clearly made with love.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
