How glad I am to have discovered this place by chance and almost at the last minute, just on the last day of my trip. I guess it's not even close to the best spa in town, but in my case, I just had the best back massage I've had in years, in a super calm, warm, and so relaxing environment... The best to disconnect and relax after an intense day of shopping in the city, or a long excursion. Both the receptionist and the therapists were super friendly and patient, I didn't feel rushed at any time despite it being last minute. Special mention to Michelle, the therapist who gave me the massage, her hands are magical! When I finished, they gave me plenty of time to take a leisurely shower. Excellent quality-price ratio, one of the best in the area. 150 dirhams (just under 15 euros) for everything, I thought it was a real bargain. After reading the reviews, exceeded my expectations by far. Highly recommended

Just stopped by their street-side cafe and had a mint tea. As far as people watching, it's great. But the mint tea is one of the strongest around. I asked for a bit more hot water after the first cup. Not sure if the waiter understood. He took the pot away and returned with about the same level of tea. Oh, well. It didn't help as it's been the most expensive mint tea around also.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff cannot help enough. We felt welcome from day 1. From walking around the area, we definitely chose the right hotel. Will happily stay again if I ever find myself in Marrakech.

We had lunch at the Sky Bar, the highest spot. Luckily we had perfect weather so sat outside. The staff were so friendly and highly recommend the feta, honey and mint filo rolls from the tapas menu.

A wonderful Riad close to the square. The staff were very helpful. Shama was a great host. The restaurant had a good selection and a nice view. It is loud at night, so plan accordingly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
